The Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union represents a part of the work we do at Esprominho. We work with the Key Action 1 of this programme, the Learning Mobility of Individuals, which supports the mobility of young people and youth workers as well as VET learners and staff and we also work with the Key Action 2 – Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
Below you can find some general information about the Erasmus+ Programme. If you have more questions or maybe even a proposal for cooperation, you can always contact us.
Erasmus + Programme
Erasmus+ is the EU’s new programme for education, training, youth and sport (2014-2020). It is comprised of 3 Action Programmes each with a specific focus in the fields of education, training, youth and sport.
The programmes supported work towards providing people, especially youth, with the necessary competences needed for the competitive economy in an effort to fight rising levels of unemployment. It promotes cooperation among Member States and Partner Countries in these fields to increase youth mobility, transfer of knowledge and good practices. The programmes are designed to enhance competences, intercultural understanding, and to promote lifelong learning. Finally, Erasmus+ Programme works to ensure the recognition and validation of skills and qualifications across the EU, to achieve successful labour market integration of resources.
