DESCRIPTION
In this course, you will develop how to ensure commercial communication and customer service in entities of different types, through interactive or digital media.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- To assist and advise customers regarding products or services through interactive or digital means;
- Receive and manage customer assistance requests regarding products or services through interactive or digital means;
- Handle and forward customer complaints through interactive or digital means;
- Implement and monitor strategies to promote products and services through interactive or digital means;
- Sell and secure the sale procedures in interactive or digital media;
- Register, resolve and forward commercial situations, invoicing, litigation, status points on ongoing orders and identification of sales opportunities;
- Coordinate the activity of the contact center work teams.

9th year of complete schooling
Age between 15 and 19 years old

12th grade equivalence
