Esprominho follows the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), which creates rules for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data art .1st/nº1. Personal data, subject to this regime, are information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data is an operation carried out with this data, by automated means or not. For example, collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, consultation, dissemination, destruction.
Therefore, the practices adopted by Esprominho regarding personal data are described here, and how this data can be collected, its purpose, where it is used and the people for whom it is intended.
PERSONAL DATA
In order to pre-enroll in Professional Courses or Education and Training Courses (CEF), our school requests the following personal data:

For pre-registration in Adult Education and Training (EFA) courses, the following personal data will be requested:
1. Name;

3. Date of Birth;

7. Tax Identification Number (NIF);
8. Social Security Identification Number (NISS);
9. Educational Qualifications.
To enroll in the unfunded course - FPIF - Initial Pedagogical Training - the following personal data is required:
1. Name;

4. Educational Qualifications;
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The collection of personal data included in the forms and their subsequent processing are the sole responsibility of EsproMinho and whose purpose is precise, explicit and legitimate. The requested data will only be accurate and pertinent, data will never be requested that are not fundamental to the final objective.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The use of the collection of personal data, listed above, involves contacting the candidate or guardian, for an interview or for the execution of a contract, when the candidate is accepted. The use for a purpose other than that which determined the collection will be possible upon notification to the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) and prior express consent of the holder.
RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The recipients of the collected personal data are the persons responsible for processing it (who determines the purpose and the means of processing the data) or the subcontractor (who stores and processes by order of the controller). Thus, only those responsible will have access to the requested data to know and process them, within the scope of their functions (for example, administrative staff and pedagogical technicians). This data will also be sent to Esprominho's financial entities, as required by law. Any other transmission is subject to the express consent of the holder.
DATA CONSERVATION
Personal data will only be kept for the period necessary to fulfill its purpose.

Access to personal data is limited to those responsible for it, the people who process and store the requested data, due to the functions they perform.
Esprominho guarantees that personal data will not be altered or damaged. Its use, by third parties, will only happen with the authorization of the express owner.
